Dubai-based jewellery brand ‘The Line’ unveils vintage-inspired boutique in Dubai
The studio features an old-school dresser filled with gold jewellery studded with emeralds, sapphires, rubies, and diamonds, allowing visitors to interact with the pieces
Dubai — Natasha Khurana’s jewellery label, The Line, has opened a new studio in Dubai’s Gold and Diamond Park, capturing the essence of a vintage jewellery box. This latest addition to The Line’s portfolio reflects Khurana’s deep-seated inspirations and personal style.
Khurana’s fascination with jewellery began in her childhood in Delhi, where she admired the pearls and jewels worn by her mother and grandmother. This early passion evolved into The Line, established in 2015, which offers modern essentials crafted in 18-carat gold and adorned with precious stones, blending playful elegance with timeless sophistication.
The new studio, designed to evoke the charm of a vintage jewellery box, invites clients into an immersive and personal space. The studio features an old-school dresser filled with gold jewellery studded with emeralds, sapphires, rubies, and diamonds, allowing visitors to interact with the pieces in a unique and engaging manner.
A prominent feature of the studio is a large desk positioned next to a glass wall, maximising natural light to create an inspiring workspace. The decor reflects Khurana’s diverse inspirations, including a Raja Ravi Verma oleograph of the goddess Saraswati, art referencing her career as a fashion journalist, and works centered on female subjects. Each element is thoughtfully curated to represent significant milestones in her creative journey.
The studio also showcases Khurana’s personal touch, with details that honor her Indian heritage. Carpets crafted from leftover silk sari material and an Arabesque mirror from a favored Indian brand highlight her cultural connections. “My all-pink design studio takes inspiration from our jewellery box, featuring natural dyed ombré pinks and block-printed pink stripes,” Khurana explains. “I love layering bold colors and textures to create a space that reflects my maximalist aesthetic.”
The Line’s new Dubai studio stands as a testament to Khurana’s dedication to blending her personal history with her creative vision, offering a unique and enriched experience for her clients
