The new department showcases exclusive global and regional brands, featuring timeless designs, sustainable craftsmanship and bespoke offerings within a sophisticated retail environment

Dubai: Harvey Nichols Dubai has launched a dedicated fine jewellery department at its flagship store in the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, marking a significant expansion of its luxury retail offerings. The newly designed space, spanning 150 square metres on the ground floor, caters to discerning clientele with a meticulously curated selection of international and regional jewellery brands that marry timeless elegance with contemporary design.

The department’s interior has been strategically crafted to deliver a premium shopping experience. A sophisticated colour palette of emerald, terracotta and beige, complemented by brass trims, creates a warm yet refined ambience. The space features distinctive design elements, including marble counters for impactful displays, tiered wall showcases and an organic centrepiece that enhances the luxurious aesthetic.

Chris Bonich, Vice President of Merchandising at Al Tayer Group, emphasised that the department focuses on offering exclusive collections whilst nurturing partnerships with sought-after brands. He noted that the new space reflects their commitment to curating a diverse range of jewellery that appeals to both traditional and contemporary tastes, adding that through exclusive UAE partnerships and a blend of global and regional talent, they aim to redefine the luxury jewellery shopping experience.

The department presents an impressive array of international brands, each distinguished by their unique craftsmanship and design philosophy. Spinelli Kilcollin stands out with architectural wire designs, whilst Suzanne Kalan brings forth vibrant gemstone creations. Shay presents timeless and versatile collections, complemented by Tabayer’s organic-inspired designs. Sustainability takes centre stage with Zoe Chicco’s recycled gold pieces, whilst Robert Wan showcases intricate Tahitian pearls. The selection is further enhanced by Marli’s minimalist sophistication and Roxanne First’s everyday luxury pieces.

Regional talent receives prominent attention, highlighting Harvey Nichols Dubai’s commitment to promoting local craftsmanship. The space features brands such as Ofa, drawing inspiration from Saudi heritage, and Savolinna, recognised for conventional artistry, alongside Dubai-based designer Noora Shawqi, who specialises in bold statement pieces.

The fine jewellery department aligns seamlessly with Harvey Nichols Dubai’s overarching strategy of providing unparalleled luxury services. The flagship store, extending across 1,36,900 square feet over three levels, incorporates bespoke offerings including personal shopping suites, in-store beauty services and customisation options.

This strategic expansion reinforces Harvey Nichols Dubai’s position as a key player in the UAE’s luxury retail market. Exclusively licensed by the Al Tayer Group, the brand continues to set benchmarks in retail excellence, further establishing its role as a premier destination for luxury fashion, jewellery and lifestyle.
