The event combined client engagement, cultural relevance, and regional brand positioning, strengthening Messika’s presence in the Gulf through a curated jewellery showcase and meaningful in-person interactions

Manama: In celebration of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Messika—France’s acclaimed fine jewellery house—partnered with Asia Jewellers to host a Ghabga evening in Bahrain. The exclusive event brought together a distinguished guest list of clients, friends of the brand, and regional influencers for a night that beautifully blended tradition, elegance, and modern luxury.

Held in a refined private setting, the Ghabga offered an atmosphere that was both welcoming and sophisticated. The venue was styled to reflect the cultural richness of the occasion, with contemporary elements integrated into classic Ramadan aesthetics. Guests gathered in a stylish majlis-style seating area, creating an intimate environment that encouraged conversation and connection. Soft lighting and tasteful floral arrangements lent a warm, festive touch without overshadowing the elegance of the jewellery on display.

Ghabga, a customary Gulf tradition held after the Iftar meal and evening prayers, serves as a gathering point for family, friends, and communities to reconnect. Messika and Asia Jewellers honoured this tradition by creating a space that fostered both social connection and cultural appreciation, enhanced by the sparkle of some of the world’s most coveted jewellery.

The evening featured an elegant showcase of Messika’s iconic creations, including select pieces from the 2025 Ramadan collection. From the stunning Imperial Move choker to high jewellery sets that shimmered under the ambient lighting, the brand’s signature blend of contemporary design and timeless craftsmanship was on full display. Models circulated the venue wearing key pieces, allowing guests to see the jewellery in motion—an intimate and engaging way to experience the brand’s artistry.

Guests also had the opportunity to try on select pieces and interact with brand experts, who shared insights into the craftsmanship and inspiration behind Messika’s latest designs. The event emphasised not just luxury, but a sense of shared values—community, generosity, and beauty—that are central to Ramadan.

Through this Ghabga celebration, Messika and Asia Jewellers reinforced their deep ties to the Gulf region and their shared vision of heritage through modern elegance. It was a night that not only celebrated jewellery but also the enduring traditions that bring people together.
