Asia Jewellers partners with Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait for a retail-finance collaborative growth model

Asia Jewellers and BBK’s strategic partnership during Diamonds Creations Week delivered up to 40% discounts, flexible 12-month EMIs, and loyalty rewards—boosting store traffic, transaction value, and customer acquisition.
Manama: Asia Jewellers, a leading name in the luxury jewellery sector, partnered with the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) to host the exclusive Diamonds Creations Week from 24th April to 3rd May 2025. The event featured a curated selection of diamond masterpieces, paired with attractive financial incentives aimed at both retailers and customers. Held at the Asia Jewellers Pavilion in City Centre Bahrain, the 10-day showcase attracted a diverse crowd, including professionals and weekend shoppers, supported by its strategic location and extended shopping hours.
A key highlight of the partnership was the attractive discounts offered to BBK cardholders—up to 35% off with a BBK Debit Card and up to 40% off with a BBK Credit Card. These incentives made luxury jewellery more accessible and appealing, encouraging customers to consider purchases that might otherwise have been aspirational.
To further support high-value purchases, Asia Jewellers and BBK introduced a 12-month, 0% interest installment plan on purchases of BD 100 and above. This financing option allowed customers to manage payments with ease, while also helping retailers boost average transaction values. Additionally, BBK rewarded customers with 5,000 Thameen points for applying for a credit card linked to an AlHayrat savings deposit—an initiative that supported both customer acquisition and long-term engagement for both brands.
The collaboration between Asia Jewellers and BBK enhanced the customer shopping experience and demonstrated a strong model for B2B partnerships in the retail sector. By merging luxury retail with flexible financial solutions, Asia Jewellers attracted greater footfall and boosted sales, while BBK reinforced its position as a customer-centric bank offering lifestyle-driven benefits.
As Diamonds Creations Week concluded on 3rd May 2025, the strategic collaboration offered clients access to exclusive promotions and flexible payment solutions, enhancing the overall customer experience in a competitive market, while driving increased engagement and sales for both brands.
