Asian Expat Arrested for Stealing Kuwaiti Shaikh’s Jewellery Worth KD3 Million
Kuwait City: An Indian expatriate reportedly stole jewellery, diamonds and gems worth millions owned by a member of the Kuwaiti Ruling Family.
The Shaikh lodged a case of the theft of jewellery worth more than KD3 million, without accusing anyone, Alqabas reported.
The Criminal Investigation officials became suspicious of an Indian employee and issued a notice to track him down.
The suspect who did not turn for work was arrested at the airport as he was attempting to flee the country.
