Damas Jewellery brings Spanish designer Carrera y Carrera pieces to select stores 

A total of 4 signature collections to be made available to customers on Damas Jewellery website and at boutiques in Dubai Mall and the Atlantis 

Dubai: Damas Jewellery, this month, has added a 135-year-old Spanish jewellery craftsmanship giant in the form of Carrera y Carrera to its portfolio of international brands across the GCC region. The partnership was announced at the Damas Jewellery store in Atlantis The Royal. Luc Perramond, CEO & Chairman of Damas Jewellery and Grigoriy Kurnosov, CEO of Carrera y Carrera were present at the unveiling event.

The launch was a celebration of Carrera y Carrera’s craftsmanship and heritage, spotlighting signature collections such as Origen, My Angel, New Shanghai and Infinito. Under the slogan “Back to the Origins”, the new Origen creations combine exotic animals, interpreted with total realism, with ornamental and architectural elements. The use of bas-relief and the gloss/matte combination, hallmarks of the Carrera y Carrera house, allow each detail to stand out, providing realism and artistic sense. In the Carrera y Carrera My Angel collection, each letter of the alphabet acquires its own prominence. Simple and elegant pendants that start with an initial to create pieces.  

Infinito is a selection of engagement rings that, through their attention to detail and focus on their interior design, show that the true value of love lies in its inner beauty. The models use three different symbols that convey a meaningful message in addition to their aesthetic appeal. Roses symbolize beauty and the purity of love. The New Shanghai is the updated version of the iconic Carrera y Carrera model inspired by the mythological figure of the dragon as a symbol of spiritual power, wisdom and good fortune.
