The partnership aims to strengthen consumer trust in natural diamonds through focused sales training and will equip Jawhara’s team with the expertise to guide clients on the unique qualities of natural diamonds

Dubai: Jawhara Jewellery has partnered with the Natural Diamond Council (NDC) to boost the knowledge and skills of its sales team, aiming to enhance transparency and consumer confidence in natural diamonds.

This collaboration will see NDC provide training sessions for Jawhara’s sales staff, equipping them with essential tools to effectively promote and educate customers about the unique qualities of natural diamonds.

Tawhid Abdullah, CEO of Jawhara Jewellery, emphasized the importance of building meaningful connections with customers. “We aim to understand diverse preferences and evolving trends in the jewellery industry, enabling our team to offer a personalized and memorable experience,” he stated, ensuring each client finds a piece that resonates with their unique style and story.
