IIG and Dubai Business Group forge landmark collaboration at IIJS Premiere 2024

Mumbai: The International Institute of Gemology (IIG), a leading institution in gem and jewellery education, made headlines at IIJS Premiere 2024 with the announcement of a partnership with the Dubai Business Group for Gold and Jewelry Designers (DBGGJD). This strategic alliance highlights IIG’s commitment to advancing global jewellery design through international collaboration and innovation.
The partnership, led by IIG’s CEO & MD, Rahul Desai and DBGGJD Chair Maha Al Sibai, aims to merge India’s traditional craftsmanship with Dubai’s modern design aesthetics, transforming the jewellery landscape. The collaboration was unveiled during the IIJS Premiere 2024, held from August 8-12 at the JIO World Convention Centre and August 9-13 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO Goregaon.
