Jawhara Jewellery, a well-known jewellery company from the United Arab Emirates, recently launched an exciting contest for all women residents of the UAE to commemorate International Mother’s Day, which is celebrated in most Arab countries on March 21. The contest is open to any woman who is a resident of the UAE.

Each contestant has to follow four simple steps to be among the 60 lucky winners of the contest: follow the company social media handle, tag any four of her friends or family members to the post, like the contest post and share a small video of herself speaking of her love for her mother.

Jawhara Jewellery, started by the Abdullah family and operational since 1907, has extensive knowledge and decades of jewellery business experience. The Emirati jewellery company was born out of the notion that jewellery should resonate with the wearer’s innermost desires, and began with traditional and modern jewellery designs with unique beauty and quality.

The brand’s core belief is reflected in each and every aspect of its creations, from the highly innovative, novel designs to the care and precision accorded to each piece. Made for the modern young woman, Jawhara epitomizes the youth, while celebrating the different nuances of the region. All the collections are conceived, created and developed by a team of skilled in-house and international jewellers known for their exceptional craftsmanship.

Jawhara jewellery is manufactured and responsibly sourced from the best international allied brands located in Italy, Turkey, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, India, Bahrain and Lebanon. Jawhara offers unconventional, trendy and stylish jewellery that complements the youth. It is a leading jewellery wholesaler, retailer and manufacturer of 18 carat, 21 carat and 22 carat jewellery supported by a network of over 100 outlets in the region.

At Jawhara, the passion to create modern and traditional jewellery designs for the region has guided four generations of the Abdullah family for over a hundred years. In 1955, the journey began in Dubai in the UAE with the Late Mohammad Taher Abdullah Almohtadi establishing the business with a goldsmith shop, which he passed on to his sons, Tawfique, Tawhid and Tamjid Abdullah in the mid-70s.
