Dubai: Liali Fine Jewellers has opened its redesigned boutique at Mall of the Emirates, presenting a layout planned to make product exploration more organized and customer interaction more direct. The update aligns with the brand’s ongoing effort to refine its retail format in response to how shoppers now browse, compare and engage inside stores.

The revamped boutique focuses on clearer zoning and improved navigation. Displays have been arranged to present gold, diamonds, pearls and coloured stones in a structured manner that allows visitors to view collections without distraction. Adjustments to lighting and the placement of counters support better visibility and smoother movement across the space.

The store includes dedicated sections for bridal jewellery, daily wear pieces and premium designs. This structure is intended to help customers understand the difference between product categories, craftsmanship styles and design intentions. Customization services continue to be available for clients seeking pieces tailored to their requirements.

Anuraag Sinha, Managing Director, Liali Fine Jewellers, was quoted by the Gulf News as saying, “We wanted the new Liali boutique to reflect where the brand is headed and the kind of experience we want to offer our customers.” He added that the revised layout supports a more streamlined interaction between staff and visitors while maintaining the brand’s emphasis on service. “Our aim is to blend innovation with our long-standing values of trust and craftsmanship,” he stated.

The re-opening coincides with Mall of the Emirates marking 25 years as a major retail destination. Several retailers at the mall have introduced refreshed formats as part of ongoing upgrade cycles, and Liali’s redesigned boutique fits within this wider phase of enhancements.
