Pharrell Williams collaborates with Tiffany for new jewellery line

Titled ‘Tiffany Titan’ the collection features 19 pieces with distinct spear-like spikes

New York: Music producer Pharrell Williams, known in the fashion world for being Louis Vuitton’s Menswear creative director, has released a new jewellery collection. The creative has collaborated with American luxury jeweller Tiffany&Co. and designed the line titled Tiffany Titan, which was released last week.

The collection features 19 pieces with a selection of accessories such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings. Crafted with Tiffany&Co.’s renowned attention to detail, these creations are available in 18k yellow gold and titanium, offering a blend of metal and diamond embellishments in distinct shapes. One of the standout features seen across the collection is the use of sharp, spear-like spikes that evoke a sense of punk spirit in pieces. Through this sort of innovative design and intricate craftsmanship, the range aims to rethink contemporary jewellery.

The artist said that the name of the range, Titan, is inspired by Poseidon, the mythical figuring known as the ruler of the sea and king of Atlantis. The range was designed with immense attention to detail with the use of each material being quite intentional. “The use of black titanium… it’s a physical manifestation of beauty in blackness,” the creative was quoted as saying.  This May, the Tiffany Titan by Pharrell Williams collection will launch exclusively on Tiffany.com in the US and at The Landmark, the jewellery brand’s New York City flagship store in Fifth Avenue.

Tiffany has partnered with many prominent celebrities in the past to launch new concerted jewellery collections or promote launch campaigns. One such being its 2023 campaign for the Tiffany T and Tiffany HardWear collections. The campaign features house ambassadors, actress, singer, and model Zoë Kravitz, Jimin of 21st century pop icons BTS, and actress, Gal Gadot. The campaign distills the essence of Tiffany & Co.’s House icons to their very core.

In June, it will become globally available at Tiffany&Co. stores and website. The brand has 7 retail showrooms in the Middle East across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
