Each of the diamonds used in the new collection comes in a triangular shape that follows the exact proportions as Prada’s iconic logo

Italy: Not too long ago, Prada launched Eternal Gold: a collection that pushed the boundaries of jewellery making by becoming the first truly sustainable fine jewellery collection by a global luxury brand using 100% certified recycled gold. Now, the fashion house is taking things to the next level by decking out its gold treasures with diamonds. For its pieces, Prada is favoring unique-cut, laboratory-created diamonds.

The newest jewellery line on offer from the luxury fashion house features eight of Prada’s original Eternal Gold silhouettes in yellow and white 100% recycled gold, but with a twist. Not only will these pieces be embedded with jewels, but each diamond in the collection will showcase what’s now being called the “Prada cut”. In simple terms, each of the diamonds used in the new collection comes in a triangular shape that follows the exact proportions of Prada’s iconic and universally recognized logo.

Ranging from 0.8 carats to 5.5 carats, each Prada Cut diamond is, of course, 100% certified via the GIA (Gemological Institute of America), and in true Prada fashion, has been created following the highest quality standards.

Prada’s sparkling new additions take center stage in a slew of covetable creations. Triangular rocks serve as accents on the much-loved Snake bracelets and rings, as well as the Prada Triangle mono-earrings and Prada Heart earrings.
