Seema Jewels hosts ‘Journey of Gold’ workshop exploring artistry and investment in gold with Villa Gemeva

Manama: Seema Jewels recently hosted the “Journey of Gold” workshop in collaboration with Villa Gemeva, presenting an interactive learning experience that explored the artistry, craftsmanship, and investment value of gold. The session was led by Seema Haji, jewellery designer and founder of Seema Jewels, and brought together a diverse group of creators, professionals, and enthusiasts who shared an interest in gold’s enduring relevance in jewellery and finance. 

The workshop was designed as an insightful exchange of ideas on gold’s evolving role — both as a symbol of design excellence and as a stable investment asset. Through a blend of presentations and discussions, Seema Haji guided participants through gold’s historical and cultural significance, purity standards, hallmarking systems, and the factors that influence its pricing and perception in global markets.
