Tajvi Gold & Diamonds launches two new stores, including first jewellery outlet inside Dubai Metro

The new showrooms are present in Dubai—at Lulu Mall, Al Barsha, and inside the RTA Gold Souk Metro Station, making it the first jewellery retailer in the region to open within a public transport hub. The expansion highlights Tajvi’s focus on innovation, accessibility, and strategic location-based retail 

Dubai: TAJVI Gold & Diamonds has strengthened its retail presence in the UAE with the inauguration of two new showrooms—one at Lulu Mall, Al Barsha, and another marking a regional first at the RTA Gold Souk Metro Station, Dubai’s primary transit-linked gold market. This expansion reflects the brand’s strategic move to capitalise on high-footfall locations and diversify consumer touchpoints. 

The Lulu Mall outlet targets family shoppers in one of Dubai’s busiest residential districts, while the metro-based showroom represents an innovative retail model—pioneering jewellery retail within Dubai’s public transportation network. 

The launch was headlined by actress Shriya Saran and attended by Tajvi’s top leadership, including Muhammed Haneefa Thaha (Chairman), Haneefa Abdul Manaf (Vice Chairman), Shameer Shafi (CEO), and Mujeeb Rahman (Managing Director). Their collective presence underscored the brand’s unified vision for long-term growth in the GCC market. 

In his keynote address, Mujeeb Rahman highlighted Tajvi’s rapid growth trajectory and commitment to market innovation. “This expansion is a milestone, not just in terms of geographic footprint but in redefining how and where jewellery can be accessed. Our focus remains on customer-centric retail, supported by a strong partner ecosystem and a resilient team,” he said. The brand also revealed plans to open four additional showrooms across the UAE in the near future. 

Both new showrooms feature Tajvi’s signature collections, including bridal, diamond, daily wear, and heritage designs. The RTA Metro showroom in particular is expected to serve as a high-visibility retail format that merges convenience with luxury, appealing to both residents and tourists. 

To drive footfall and strengthen customer acquisition, Tajvi Gold & Diamonds has introduced a series of compelling inaugural promotions across its UAE outlets. These include zero making charges on all 22Kt and 24Kt gold coins, AED 100 cashback vouchers offered with every purchase, and complimentary gold coins for customers spending AED 3,000 or more on diamond jewellery. These incentives aim to create immediate value for customers while reinforcing brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits. 

The launch event featured a flash mob activation as part of the brand’s jingle reveal—a marketing initiative aimed at reinforcing Tajvi’s positioning in the competitive UAE jewellery market, as a brand focused on innovation, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
