Saudi Arabia: Swiss-based jewellery and watch company Chopard has been renowned for its enduring alliance with other institutions of art, including cinematic endeavours. It collaborated with the Red Sea International Film Festival for the second year in a row. The festival was hosted in Jeddah from November 30, 2023 to December 9, 2023 and showcased Arab and global cinematic excellence.

As the Festival’s exclusive watch and jewellery partner, Chopard crafted the prestigious “Golden Yusr for Best Feature Film,” a stunning rock crystal conch seashell adorned with ethical 18-carat gold. The unique trophy is a coveted award engraved with gold accents.

The maison also champions emerging talents with the presentation of the “Best Emerging Talent Award.” Having introduced the award in 2022, Chopard remains committed to nurturing young actors and budding artists. Chopard’s love affair with cinema extends beyond this collaboration, spanning over two decades of partnership with the Cannes Film Festival.

The maison’s creations have graced the red carpet in films such as “Rocketman,” “Aline,” and “No Time To Die.” The Trophée Chopard, initiated in 2001, continues to celebrate emerging actors on the international stage.

Chopard’s legacy of craftsmanship, creativity, and ethics is evident in its commitment to sustainable luxury. With 100% ethical gold and recycling initiatives, Chopard’s creations blend tradition with contemporary charm, celebrating the joy of life’s precious moments. From iconic watch collections such as Alpine Eagle and Mille Miglia to bespoke creations such as the Garden of Kalahari, Chopard remains committed to its responsibilities in the world of the arts and luxury.
