Dubai: Heritage luxury jeweller, Fabergé, has announced an exciting new collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products to launch a fine jewellery collection inspired by Tim Burton’s cult classic film ‘Beetlejuice and its highly anticipated sequel, Beetlejuice 2

The collection, which celebrates Burton’s iconic films, was co-designed by Burton himself, Oscar-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood, Fabergé’s Head of Design Liisa Tallgren, and creative director Josina von dem Bussche-Kessell. The 22-piece Fabergé x Beetlejuice Beetlejuice collection blends the whimsical and darkly twisted aesthetic of Burton’s films with Fabergé’s renowned craftsmanship.

Showcasing an array of 18ct white gold pieces, the collection features emeralds, rubies, and diamonds, complemented by black, red, and green UV enamel. Inspired by the eccentric ‘Headworm’ and ‘Sandworm’ characters from Beetlejuice, as well as the distinctive spiral motifs prevalent in Burton’s cinematic universe, the collection includes earrings, pendants, lapel pins, collar bars, and rings.

Highlights of the collection include spiral egg drop earrings and pendants adorned with Gemfields Mozambican rubies or Zambian emeralds, set in green or red UV enamel and framed by white diamonds. The white gold spiral collar bars and lapel pins feature central Mozambican rubies or Zambian emeralds surrounded by black UV enamel and diamonds, reflecting the monochrome stripes of the Sandworm creatures.

Other standout pieces include spiral wrap rings with pear-shaped gemstones resembling the Sandworm’s head and bombe rings in monochrome hues, enhanced by oval-shaped rubies or emeralds set in the center of the spiral designs.

Liisa Tallgren commented on the collection, “Inspired by the original Beetlejuice film, we have translated Betelgeuse’s eerie, spiral-themed character into our designs. The green glow of the Afterlife is mirrored in the emeralds, while the red rubies evoke the memorable red wedding dress from Betelgeuse’s dream sequence. The black and white striped Sandworms and the Headworm’s menacing presence are reflected in our use of colors and motifs.”

The Fabergé x Beetlejuice collection is now available exclusively online at Fabergé.com and Saks.com, as well as through Fabergé’s ‘By Appointment’ service. Limited stock will be available at launch, with pre-orders accepted thereafter. Prices for the collection range from £6,800 to £16,500.
