Joyalukkas unveils second showroom in Bahrain, touted to be largest jewellery destination in the kingdom
The brand, which has a significant presence in the Middle East, plans to expand its retail footprint to Australia and New Zealand
Manama: Joyalukkas has officially opened its second showroom in Bahrain, touted to be the largest jewellery destination in the kingdom. The grand opening took place at the Manama Centre and was attended by notable figures including Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi, Minister of Tourism, and John Paul Alukkas, Managing Director of Joyalukkas Group.
This launch underscores Joyalukkas’ commitment to expanding its presence in the region, as the competition stiffens between South Indian jewellery retail giants in the Gulf region.
In his address at the inauguration, John Paul Alukkas remarked, “Today, we embark on a new chapter in Joyalukkas’ journey within Bahrain, the heart of the Gulf’s jewellery market. This showroom embodies our dedication to offering our customers the finest in jewellery excellence, merging our legacy of trust with a promise of quality and artistry. We are excited to serve Bahrain’s jewellery enthusiasts with an extensive range of exquisite collections, from traditional to contemporary designs that will undoubtedly become the treasures of tomorrow.”
The new showroom features the brand’s trademark collection of jewellery, inviting visitors to explore a diverse selection of gold, diamond, and precious stone pieces, alongside investment-grade options such as gold coins and bars.
To commemorate the opening, Joyalukkas is offering exclusive promotions from October 16 to November 2. Customers making purchases of diamond and precious stone jewellery worth BHD 300 will receive a complimentary 500 mg 24k gold bar. Those spending BHD 500 on diamond and precious jewellery or BHD 2,000 on gold jewellery will receive a complimentary 1 gm 24k Lakshmi idol or gold bar. Additionally, shoppers on October 29 can enjoy a free 200 mg 22k gold coin with purchases of BHD 300 in gold jewellery.
As part of its ongoing expansion strategy, Joyalukkas is also preparing to open its second store in the UK. It currently operates five locations in the USA, with three more planned. The brand aims to extend its footprint into Australia, Canada and New Zealand, having already established operations in 11 countries with over 160 showrooms.
Joyalukkas’ latest showroom in Bahrain is set to become a focal point for jewellery lovers this Diwali, with the brand’s emphasis on quality, craftsmanship and luxury.
