Lina Joudi Fine Jewelry hosts a jewellery etiquette workshop focused on styling, balance and personal expression

A workshop at the brand’s boutique provided practical guidance on wearing and styling jewellery with greater confidence and intention

Beirut: Lina Joudi Fine Jewelry recently held a jewellery etiquette workshop at its boutique in collaboration with an etiquette and protocol expert, highlighting how jewellery can extend beyond aesthetic appeal to become a form of personal expression.

The workshop brought together guests with an appreciation for jewellery, elegance and personal style, offering practical guidance on wearing and styling jewellery with greater confidence and intention. The session examined how proportion, balance, layering and occasion can influence the overall effect of a look.

“We wanted to explore jewellery beyond its aesthetic value and show how the right piece, worn in the right way, can enhance a woman’s presence and become an expression of her personality,” said Lina Joudi, Founder and Creative Director, Lina Joudi Fine Jewelry.

The workshop explored how jewellery can be selected and combined according to the setting, outfit, time of day and occasion. Lina Joudi’s own jewellery pieces were used throughout as practical styling examples, allowing guests to see how these principles could be applied to different looks, from understated daytime elegance to more expressive evening and formal styling.

“The way a piece is chosen, worn, and layered can say a great deal about a woman’s personality, confidence and sense of style,” Joudi explained.

The session also addressed how jewellery etiquette can increase consumer awareness and encourage more thoughtful consumer choices. Rather than equating elegance with wearing more, the focus was on creating balance between the jewellery, outfit, occasion and individual personality.

“Elegance is not necessarily about wearing more, but about finding the right balance between the jewellery, the outfit, the occasion and their own personality,” said Joudi.

This approach encouraged consumers to consider jewellery as part of their overall personal style. While individual pieces may have their own visual appeal, their impact can change depending on how they are layered, combined and worn.

“Ultimately, jewellery should feel personal. It should complement the woman wearing it rather than overshadow her, allowing her individuality and confidence to remain at the centre,” Joudi added.

For Lina Joudi Fine Jewelry, the workshop also highlights the role of experiential programming in strengthening customer engagement and building deeper brand connections.

“Workshops such as these allow us to create experiences that go beyond jewellery itself. They give us an opportunity to share our knowledge, passion and vision with clients while creating more personal and meaningful connections,” Joudi stated.

The workshop connected jewellery with principles of refinement, intention, attention to detail and personal presence. It also gave customers another way to engage with the Lina Joudi world and its products.

“These experiences allow our clients to discover the Lina Joudi world from a different perspective. They create opportunities for conversation, learning, and connection, while strengthening relationships and encouraging deeper engagement with the brand,” Joudi explained.

Such educational and lifestyle-led experiences can add value around jewellery by helping consumers develop styling confidence while building stronger relationships with brands. For Joudi, these connections are an important part of the role of a jewellery house.

“We believe that a jewellery brand is not only about the pieces it creates. It is also about the stories, emotions, experiences, and relationships that grow around them,” Joudi said. “True elegance is not only about what we wear. It is about how we carry ourselves, how we make others feel, and the confidence and intention with which we wear every piece.”

Lina Joudi Fine Jewelry has a flagship boutique in Beirut’s Saifi Village alongside regional stockists and international exhibition presences across the Middle East and Europe.
