- 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM – Inauguration & Business Hours: Buyers will meet Exhibitors in guided schedule format
- 9:00 PM onwards – Cocktail & Dinner

- 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM – Business Hours: Buyers will meet exhibitors in a guided schedule format
- 8:00 PM onwards – Entertainment Networking Night with Cocktails & Dinner

- 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM – Breakfast
- 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM – Business Hours: Buyers will meet exhibitors in a guided schedule format
