Dubai design academy to host first-of-its-kind jewellery making and design workshops at jewellery Arabia 2022 in Bahrain

• Dubai Design Academy (DDA) will organise three expert workshops for jewellery enthusiasts at Jewellery Arabia 2022, the largest and most prestigious event of its kind in the region
• This is the first time an academy, the DDA, will attend and provide live demonstrations at Jewellery Arabia 2022, offering three dedicated workshops in “Stacking Rings”, “Metalsmithing 101” and “Introduction to Jewellery Illustration”
• Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Jewellery Arabia 2022 takes place in Bahrain from 22-26 November 2022
• DDA is offering a 15% discount on workshop tickets for Jewellery Arabia participants and students from Bahrain

Manama, Bahrain; 15November 2022:Dubai Design Academy (DDA),which provides accredited professional jewellery making and designcourses from its base in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), will host three dedicated workshops at Jewellery Arabia 2022, the Middle East’s premier jewellery and watch event.

Taking place at Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre (Sakhir) from 22-26November 2022, attendees will design and create rings, pendants and other jewellery alongside other hands-on experiences and practical knowledge,learning from one of the region’s foremost jewellery and design academies.

The DDA willorganise the following workshops“Stacking Rings”, “Metalsmithing 101”, and “Introduction to Jewellery Illustration” on the side-lines of the event. This marks the first timelive trainings will be integrated into the show. The workshops will see students drill, saw and solder metal into jewellery, experiencing the various techniques used in jewellery making and design.Students will also get the chance to illustratetheir own diamond solitaire ring with expert insight from the DDA’s on-hand professionals.

Jewellery Arabia participants as well as students in Bahrain will be granted a 15% discount on the DDA workshop fees.
