Sound and fury over a certificate

One of our regular customer bought a diamond ring from us. A week after the purchase, he called us, sounding very agitated and angry. He told us that we hadn’t given him the certificate. When we said that we had, he started screaming and shouting. He refused to listen to us. So, we told him that we will check thoroughly at our end and let him know. After a few days, he called and told us that he had found the certificate in his wife’s bag. He had not checked there and that’s why thought we hadn’t given it to him. We were much relieved. Later, he visited us and bought more jewellery from us.
