Kanz Jewels wins over customers’ hearts with electrifying event featuring Indian singer Kailash Kher
The brand’s extravagant event focused on appreciation for customer trust and connection building
Dubai: Kanz Jewels recently hosted an exclusive event, inviting long-standing clients to a concert featuring popular Indian vocalist Kailash Kher. Beyond entertainment, the event was a gesture of gratitude towards customer loyalty over the years.
Speaking about the inspiration behind this event, Anil Dhanak, Managing Director of Kanz Jewels, said, “It was our way of expressing gratitude and giving back to them. We extended invitations to approximately 1500 guests, majority of whom consisted of our existing clients, followed by suppliers, friends and family members. The event was also attended by notable personalities such as Pankaj Modi, the brother of PM Narendra Modi, cricket legend Brian Lara, Bollywood luminaries Rohit Roy, Anna Ben, Rajpal Yadav, Dalip Tahil, Raza Murad, Gulshan Grover, and Andrew Naylor (Head of Middle East, World Gold Council)”.
The brand had organized similar events previously, featuring the late singer Pankaj Udhas and hosting the ‘Mughal-e-Azam’ play. Tapping into Kailash Kher’s legacy, which deeply resonates with the majority of Kanz’ clients, the event witnessed Kher unleash his universal appeal that transcends cultural boundaries.
As Dubai recently experienced flooding causing flight cancellations, including those scheduled for the day preceding the event, significant adjustments to flight schedules had to be made to ensure the timely arrival of Kailash Kher and his 10-member band in Dubai. Jewellery was not a part of this event, which had its prime objective to be surpassing their customers’ expectations and strengthening brand recall.
Keeping this customer engagement activity on the right track, the brand has forged enduring connections with customers, thanks to the unforgettable entertaining experiences. Kanz Jewels received overwhelming love and appreciation from their clients and further solidified their relationships.
