Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas holds showcase in Doha in partnership with Al Darwish Jewellery

Former Miss Universe and actor Sushmita Sen inaugurated the showcase, held on October 29 and 30 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Corniche Doha.

Doha: Jaipur-based fine jewellery house Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers recently held an exclusive private preview of its designs in collaboration with Al Darwish Jewellery at Doha in Qatar. Former Miss Universe and actor Sushmita Sen inaugurated the showcase, held on October 29 and 30 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Corniche Doha, adding to the buzz around the brand’s entry into the Middle Eastern market.

Notably, the brand had made its first international foray with the launch of a store in Doha in April this year, aiming to bring its century-old legacy of craftsmanship and design to a new audience.

The Doha showcase featured a curated selection of Birdhichand’s haute joaillerie creations and prêt collections, designed for collectors seeking craftsmanship with meaning. The collaboration with Al Darwish Jewellery, a leading name in Qatar’s luxury jewellery sector, reflected a shared vision of preserving heritage while appealing to modern sensibilities. Together, the two brands aimed to present jewellery that represents both cultural depth and fine artistry.
