Dian Jewellery teams up with ‘Proposal Dubai’ to be part of couples’ journeys at early stage

Besides making Dian Jewellery a part of the engagement, the partnership also places the brand in the consideration horizon of the couple for wedding-related jewellery

Dubai: Leading retailer Dian Jewellery has partnered with ‘Proposal Dubai’, a company specializing in luxury marriage proposal experiences, to offer couples a handcrafted ‘Gold Note’ as part of their proposal packages. Personalized with the recipient’s name and a unique serial number, the ‘Gold Note’ serves as a lasting keepsake of the proposal while making Dian Jewellery a part of one of the most significant milestones in a couple’s journey. It also places the brand in the consideration purview of the couple for wedding-related jewellery.

According to Rahul Sagar, Founder of Dian Jewellery, the partnership was developed around solving practical challenges faced by customers while planning proposals. “The partnership with ‘Proposal Dubai’ works well because we’re serving the same customer at one of the most important moments of their lives,” Sagar said. “One of the biggest concerns for someone planning a proposal is the engagement ring. Through this collaboration, we can make that process completely seamless.”

The initiative is particularly relevant for Proposal Dubai’s international clientele, many of whom travel to Dubai specifically for destination proposals, creating an opportunity for Dian Jewellery to provide seamless engagement ring sourcing and delivery services. “Instead of worrying about sourcing a ring, travelling with it, or hiding it from their future fiancée, they can have everything arranged discreetly through us,” Sagar explained. “The ring can even be delivered privately at the proposal location if required.”

The partnership reflects Dian Jewellery’s customer-centric approach, with a focus on creating a seamless experience for couples during the proposal process. “The primary goal is to make the proposal experience as smooth and memorable as possible. If we do that well, the trust, relationships and business outcomes will naturally follow,” said Sagar.
