Alfardan Jewellery partners Qatar Airways Privilege Club to integrate frequent flyer reward points into its stores

Doha: Alfardan Jewellery has announced a strategic partnership with Qatar Airways Privilege Club, enabling its members to earn and redeem Avios loyalty reward points seamlessly across the jeweller’s retail store network. The collaboration integrates Alfardan Jewellery into the airline loyalty programme’s Card-Linked Offers (CLO) ecosystem, enhancing value for high-net-worth clients while reinforcing experiential luxury retail.

Avios reward points are used by several airline frequent flyer programmes, and they function like a travel and lifestyle currency. The partnership allows Privilege Club members to link their Visa or Himyan payment cards to their accounts and automatically collect Avios on qualifying purchases at Alfardan Jewellery boutiques. Members earn one Avios for every QR 4 spent, with a minimum transaction value of QR 3,000. The integration removes the need for separate loyalty enrolments or manual redemption processes, aligning with broader global trends towards frictionless, digitally enabled luxury retail.

By linking fine jewellery purchases with travel rewards, the partnership introduces an additional incentive layer for affluent consumers, encouraging repeat engagement and strengthening brand affinity. Clients can redeem Avios across a wide range of travel, retail, dining and lifestyle experiences, extending the value of jewellery purchase beyond traditional ownership.
