Gifts for the generous: Meena Jewellers
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
It rained gifts this Diwali at Meena Jewellers, Dubai. The brand encouraged its patrons to spend more on jewellery this Diwali, by offering attractive gifts to those who purchased gold and diamond jewellery. The gifts ranged from gold coins to the latest gadgets.
For example, with every purchase of diamond or uncut diamond jewellery worth AED5,000 the customer received an instant gift of three gold coins. With each purchase of gold jewellery worth AED5,000, a customer received one gold coin. With diamond jewellery worth AED25,000 and up, a Samsung tablet; with diamond jewellery of AED50,000 and up, an iPhone 8 or Samsung S8+.
Modern retailing offers many ways to gratify customers so as to hold on to them — cash back, reward or loyalty points, red-carpet treatment on the shop floor, and so on — but nothing captures a customer’s mind quite like assured gifts. Meena Jewellers depended on the traditional gifting technique to maximise buzz as well as footfall this festive season, and pulled off a great success.
