Pomellato marks 25 years of its signature Nudo line with expanded range and global campaign

The brand has shown how a single design line can be developed over time through controlled changes in colour, size and format to keep it relevant
Milan: Italian high jewellery house Pomellato has marked the 25th anniversary of its signature Nudo collection with a new campaign and a set of product additions that build on the line’s original design.
In its milestone year, Pomellato re-imagines Nudo—the maison’s most emblematic expression of colour—as ‘naked’ and unbound, in a joyful, unmistakable style, with statement designs made to be worn solo or stacked.
Launched in 2001, Nudo’s ‘naked’ setting has gemstones appear without visible prongs. The collection has remained consistent in this approach, with the signature 57-facet cut and focus on coloured stones continuing to define the range.
The anniversary introduces new pieces across categories. Rivière necklaces in rose and white gold feature combinations such as London blue and sky-blue topaz, paired with diamond pavé, along with matching earrings. These additions take the collection beyond rings and studs into more layered formats.
Pomellato has also structured the collection around four stone sizes, Maxi, Classic, Petit and Mini. This allows multiple pieces to be worn together while keeping a uniform look, supporting layering and repeat purchases within the same line.
Another update is the use of gemstone doublets, such as prasiolite layered over green agate, to create variation in colour without changing the overall design. Familiar formats like Toi et Moi rings have also been revisited, combining coloured stones with diamond pavé to introduce contrast in scale and finish.
The campaign presents Nudo as a collection that can be worn in different ways, with emphasis on mixing pieces rather than treating them as standalone purchases.
For retailers, the anniversary shows how a single design line can be developed over time through controlled changes in colour, size and format. This approach helps maintain recognition while giving consumers reasons to return to the collection.
Since its inception in Milan in 1967, Pomellato has pushed the boundaries of iconic style with its vibrant gemstones and contemporary design. Eternally inspired by Milan’s strong creative spirit, the maison’s signature style is a tribute to the city’s elegant goldsmithing heritage.
